The Group acquired 100% of the Hong Kong-listed Elec & Eltek International Holdings Limited ("Elec & Eltek") and 70% of the Singapore-listed Elec & Eltek International Co Ltd. Elec & Eltek's listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong was voluntarily withdrawn on 18 March 2005.

TBBA plant set up in Nansha,Panyu and began production.
